**Feel Me Flow** channels the vibrant energy of my summers growing up in New Jersey. The large canvas pulses with dynamic motion and color, capturing the heat and rhythm of city life in the summertime. Inspired by the sudden burst of energy that follows when contained pressure is released, the painting reflects the volatility and intensity of the struggles we face—both internal and external. Life throws obstacles in every direction—sometimes, all I want to do is scream. But I’ve learned that screaming only pushes me further from where I need to be. Instead, I channel that energy and remind myself: problems drive change. They push us forward. They spark creativity and innovation.

They leave behind scars—some call it baggage, but I call it toughness. Each layer is a testament to survival, growth, and the resilience that nothing can break. Just like in the city where we live—so many people, so many stories, and so many problems—but we’re all climbing our own mountains.

This painting takes you straight into the whirlwind of my ADHD mind—chaotic, layered, and alive with energy. It’s how I approach goals: so many ideas and thoughts colliding at once, but somehow, I find a rhythm and stay locked in on the fly.

  
The title draws inspiration from the Jungle Brothers’ track _Brain_, with a lyric that captures this feeling perfectly: _“I got so much funky shit inside my brain. I couldn’t explain. You wouldn’t understand.”_
