The Knight of Joy says, “May we strive to cultivate gratitude and joy in all our moments (in our difficult ones too) and help others to do so as well.

I found this peaceful location up on a hill overlooking the surrounding area. It was a 100 yard walk up the hill to this place. Heavy schlepping alone in 108 degree heat each day. Splinters and blisters, flies and wasps, doubt and play. A holy mix of sweat, pain, and joy.

Without patience and reflection everything gets stuck in the throat and digesting and integrating experience is blocked. Animus and Child, emerges from Hanniel’s dreamwork. It is a teaching on being vulnerable and surrendering. Birth of the Wild Thing is a result if the experience of the previous two panels. Learning to balance ambition and surrender.
