A tangle of dark, shadowy figures, confined within a limited space, contrasts with the figure of a young woman who firmly embraces her own body. No fear or terror emanates from her. She is powerful, grounded within herself, defying the darkness. Where life seems to sink into obscurity, the young woman opposes it with the light of self-love, as if she has understood that love for oneself is the foundation of human connection.

Contrasting 

Let's now look at works whose focus is on individuals.

On the left, we see the painting "Inner Conflict." A person has been grabbed by three

archaic figures and is to be carried away, though the direction remains undecided. Two figures pull

forward, one backward. The quirky coloring of the atmospheric background supports the impression

of being pulled back and forth. The opposing forces grow from a common trunk and lean out

powerfully. The person being dragged away struggles to maintain backbone in an anxious situation.

The warm red of the body dominates the picture. The ground reflects the warm glow. It stands in

contrast to the cold blue of the sky, which underscores the lost nature of the scene in the vastness of

the cosmos.

The painting

"Attraction/Rejection." Two people pulling apart are held

together by an elastic band. They are not bound, seeming to be voluntarily connected. And yet they

are pulled outward in opposite directions by forces of attraction. Psychologically speaking, the

painting points to the togetherness and separation of couples in the force field of powerful energies.

ocean, a figure doubles itself, with one facing west and the other facing east. Future expectations

and retrospection maintain balance against a background of glaring light and mesmerizing darkness.

This motif might be based on the experience that choosing a life path in one direction or another can

become a test of endurance and lead to either future prospects or an abyss. In the wild play of

opposing energies, humans strive for their own equilibrium.

  

Torn Perspectives

"Under the Burden" is refers to the emotional and physical weight carried by the depicted figure. In the image, the woman is seen in a protective posture, possibly in the fetal position, beneath a striking red coat. The coat can be interpreted as a metaphor for the burden of her fears or inner conflicts, while the bold colors of the artwork symbolize both a fighting passion and an overwhelming sense of oppression. 

  
The contrast between warm and cool tones heightens the tension between protection and captivity, encouraging the viewer to reflect on the challenges of carrying such emotional burdens.
