tullamore murals 2026 – 2030 artists panel

Commissioning of original exterior murals to activate public space and celebrate Tullamore’s identity, creating a self-guided mural trail across Tullamore town centre and key approach routes for residents and visitors. A panel of artists will be formed and from there, panelled artists may be invited to propose work for specific areas in Tullamore. Invitation be direct to one artist, or a call out to all artists on the panel. The panel will last from 2026 – 2030, with an option to extend by up to two years if deemed necessary by Offaly County Council.
