call: artist on the waiting list

How do we bring culture closer to people who are restricted in their freedom of movement in one way or another? Elderly people in a care institution, people in a detention center, people with a severe disability, people/groups in loneliness... How can we roll out culture or artistic trajectories within their living environment? Or do we have to wait until an artist ends up on the waiting list?

With this call we are aiming at organisations or associations that can develop and realise a project themselves. DURF can provide communication support and help find partners, but for the effective realisation of the project you are responsible together with the partners. We refer individuals to Durf Jij? or the Gederfde projecten , unless an active collaboration with one or more organisations exists or can be entered into.
