project funding program for media art

For the seventh time, the Karlsruhe Cultural Office is offering project funding for media art. The focus is on projects specifically developed for public spaces that achieve high visibility and accessibility for a broad public. The aim is to support artistic works that use media to reflect current social issues and enrich Karlsruhe's urban landscape. International exchange, collaborations, and interdisciplinary approaches are expressly encouraged.

The funding program is aimed at artists from all over Baden-Württemberg. Applications from artists working together in tandem, where artists from Karlsruhe collaborate with artists from other cities in the state, are particularly welcome. This approach aims to highlight regional strengths and deepen the exchange between different artistic scenes.
