annodarte 2.0. new designs for the craftmanship of samugheo

The Municipality of Samugheo (Sardinia, Italy) is seeking expressions of interest from international artists for the collection of proposals capable of innovating and renewing traditional craftsmanship. The open call provides an unmissable opportunity to establish a dialogue among craftsmen, artists, architects, designers and critics in order to create virtuous relationships between local craftsmanship masters and creative professionals at both national and international levels. The competition consists of four different categories: carpets, wood, iron and textiles.

Participation is open to:

1. fashion, graphic design, advertising, communication, and design companies or studios;
2. graphic designers, creatives, stylists, designers, and architects who are professionally active, either as freelancers, employees of studios and agencies, or employees of companies, organizations, and institutions;
3. groups of professionals (graphic designers, creatives, stylists, designers, and architects with the above-mentioned characteristics) not formally established. In this case, a "project leader" must be indicated, with a signed declaration from all group members.
