Les Talents SATI is an art competition dedicated to emerging artists from European art schools. Once a year since 2014, Café SATI has invited participants to propose a project on the façade of its roasting plant located at the Rhine port on the border between Kehl (Germany) and Strasbourg (France). One selected project is yearly produced, benefiting from expertise, funding, and exceptional visibility in the public space.
Launched in 2013 through a collaboration between the Schulé family, owners of Café SATI, and the Haute École des Arts du Rhin, Les Talents SATI has grown into a cross-border initiative, welcoming young artists and art schools from neighboring regions. Over the years, it has become a key platform for emerging talents, bringing contemporary art into dialogue with urban spaces and the industrial world.
Its success is built on a unique synergy between art schools, Café SATI’s long-term commitment, and the expertise of a professional jury.
Now a leading annual arts sponsorship program, Les Talents SATI supports the professional development of emerging artists, providing them with opportunities to experiment, create, and engage with new audiences.
Our mission is to elevate young talent, foster new spaces for artistic expression, and strengthen the connection between art, industry, and local communities.
Boldness, creativity, and local engagement define Café SATI’s commitment to the arts. Les Talents SATI acts as a creative incubator, constantly pushing artistic boundaries and making contemporary art more accessible to all.
