The Penn Journal of Arts and Sciences is an independent publication dedicated to presenting contemporary creative work across disciplines. The journal brings together a range of voices, with a primary focus on visual art and poetry, alongside experimental and cross-disciplinary practices.
Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year and considered for inclusion in upcoming quarterly issues. Selected work is published both online and in print, with featured artists and writers presented within the journal’s curated editorial framework.
In addition to publication, selected contributors may be included in editorial features, interviews, and broader PJAS releases.
We encourage the submission of work that demonstrates clarity of vision, strong formal or conceptual development, and a distinct perspective.
