During the festival's 5th anniversary, Southern Sweden Design Days invites visitors from all over the world to Malmö to explore the creative and dynamic design scene. 22–25 May 2025, Malmö will be filled with a variety of exhibitions, seminars and workshops at several locations in the city.

This year's theme – ECHO

The theme of Southern Sweden Design Days 2025 is 'ECHO' and invites to explore the dynamic relationship between past, present and future. Just like an echo, design is not something isolated – design resonates, develops and affects its surroundings. Each design solution creates rings on the water, which have an impact on both the environments it is in and the people who interact with it.

Take part in an exhibition, hold a seminar, organize a workshop or create an outdoor installation. Other program formats such as fashion shows, guided viewings or networking events also provide fantastic opportunities to reach a broad and engaged audience.

You can participate from any location in Malmö, the whole city is filled with design for four days. Southern Sweden Design Days also has a Main location, Lokstallarna in Kirseberg.
