How To Apply

1. Prepare the following: Your art title(s), art description(s), dimensions, medium(s), price(s) in $ and your artist bio
2. Click 'APPLY NOW' and receive full information about the Open Call to your inbox
3. Review our Curation Guidelines
4. Proceed with a deposit of 50$ (this will be deducted from the package price), in order for you to receive the submission form. This payment is to ensure that we only receive serious applicants
5. Submit your art to start the approval process as soon as possible, due to different holidays, and high volume of applications, the process is time sensitive
6. Once your artwork is approved and passes the curation process, you can complete the payment. The deadline to complete your payment after the curation process ends is 48 hours. We serve on a first come first serve basis.
7. Start creating or finalizing your pieces based on approved sizes and specifications before the shipment. We will stay in touch through talkto@cawspace.com or you can always DM us on Instagram @cawmvmt
8. Ship your artwork aiming for arrival not later than April 15, 2025 at the given address (We will share the exact address and other information related to shipment during the process).

Participation is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with booking confirmed only after your artworks are approved and payment is made in full.

Early Bird Packages (Valid until January 20, 2025):

• 60wx60h cm: AED 1,600 / 437$
• 50wx70h cm: AED 2,200 / 601$
• 60wx80h cm: AED 2,600 / 710$
• 80wx80h cm - AED 3,000 / 820$
• 80wx100h cm - AED 3,200 / 875$
• 70wx120h cm - AED 3,500 / 956$

Note:

• Payments are non-refundable.
• CAW Space will not charge any commission on artworks sold during the event

Participation Details

Artwork Requirements:

• All artworks must be stretched on wood.
• For framed artworks, you must notify us in advance about the frame size (including dimensions with the frame) and weight.
• Heavy artworks will not be accepted, as walls cannot support excessive weight.
• Your artwork should match the exact size mentioned as per the payment.

Curation Guidelines:

• Artworks are subject to approval by the World Art Dubai Curation Team.
• Only original artworks are permitted. No reproductions, inspired Pinterest works, or artworks featuring nudity or religious representation will be accepted, as they must align with UAE’s local sensibilities.

Set-Up and Logistics

• Show Tags: Artist and artwork details will be provided.
• Operations: Installation, dismantling, event badges, and stand curation will be fully managed by CAW Space.
• Support: Our team will be present throughout the event to assist you.
• Drop-Off And Pick Up Details: Instructions for dropping off and picking up your artworks at the venue will be shared closer to the event.
• International Shipping: We will share the contact details of a shipping company that we are working with once your participation is approved. You may choose any other shipping agent to drop off and pick up your art on your behalf.
