The funding agreement for public art in Tyrol is concluded between artists and the State of Tyrol. The Tyrolean Artists' Association (responsible for the Art Pavilion and the New Gallery) coordinates and manages the public art funding program of the State of Tyrol. The association is responsible for the program's content, the call for proposals and application process, as well as the organization of the jury meetings.

During the project implementation phase, the Artists' Association of Tyrol provides advisory support.
