Long Meadow Art Residency offers a solo residency set in a breathtaking and tranquil environment. Designed to provide artists with uninterrupted time to engage with their practice, the residency fosters artistic growth through reflection and exploration.

LMAR awards residencies 6 weeks to 3 months in duration.

Network

Residents are tapped into a broader community through the Berkshires arts scene, interactions with past residents, studio visits, and potential mentorships with board members — who are artists themselves, gallerists, art historians, and collectors. Each artist comes to Long Meadow with their own circles of support. We welcome residents to bring their loved ones, peers, collaborators, and mentors into the space to support their growth during the residency.
