The Louise Aeschlimann and Margareta Corti scholarship is a renowned private scholarship for visual artists in the canton of Bern. Since 1942, it has been awarded annually to up-and-coming artists of the younger generation. The selection is made in a two-stage jury process. The AC scholarship is linked to a group exhibition at the Kunsthalle Bern, the Kunstmuseum Langenthal, the Kunstmuseum Thun or the Kunsthaus Biel Centre d'Art Bienne. The main and support scholarships are awarded during the vernissage.
