Welcome to the Young Talent Awards!

Do you live only for cinema and dream of a career as a filmmaker? Take your chance by participating in this short film competition. For the second year in a row, we will be looking for young film talents during the Young Talent Awards.

Anyone between the ages of 18 and 30, professional or amateur, will have the chance to win one of these 4 prizes: Best French-language short film, Best Dutch-language short film, Professional Jury Prize and Audience Prize.

A professional jury will first select 5 French-language films and 5 Dutch-language films. This year, the jury will consist of Baloji, Wannes Destoop, Delphine Girard, Tom Van Avermaet and Binevsa Berivan. Then, a public jury will award points and we will know the 4 winners.

In addition to eternal glory, the 2 winning short films will be shown on the big screen for 2 weeks in 40 cinemas. And the 4 winners will go home with a nice check to help them develop their next project.
