The City of Casey is progressing the development of the Cranbourne Hub, a major piece of community infrastructure to be located at 1-3 Lyall Street, Cranbourne, on an existing Council owned carpark within the Cranbourne Activity Centre.
The Hub will deliver a multi-level, integrated facility (~4,250m2 GFA across three levels) incorporating:
• Council’s Customer Services;
• A dedicated Youth space including consult rooms;
• An expansive Library offering, operated by Connected Libraries; and
• Accommodation for three Community Service Organisations.
