The City of Saratoga invites artists from across the country to participate in the City of Saratoga’s On Loan Program, bringing dynamic public art to prominent locations in Saratoga, California.

Selected sculptures will be exhibited year-round, subject to Saratoga’s many weather conditions—from sunshine to rain and storms. Please consider durability when submitting your work.

Installation Timeline: Accepted works must be delivered to Saratoga, California at the artist’s expense between Nov 1 – Nov 15, 2025. Alternative arrangements may be made with the City of Saratoga if needed.
