Silhouette and dimensions similar to those of a Taurus G2c - .40 S&W pistol, which became one of the most sold in Brazil after a decree signed by the federal government in 2019. Until then, this weapon, of greater power, was for restricted use by the armed forces and police, and it cannot be offered to ordinary citizens.
In December 2020, the G2c - .40 S&W costs approximately four minimum wages.

Reconstitutions of scenes that make eyes sting, Rough Landscape talks about structural racism. Something that urgently needs to be demolished. It is about the construction process of Brazil: the last country on the continent to officially abolish slavery.
In a kind of symbolic, theoretical abolition, decades later, this country still operating under the same discriminatory structure, with undeclared racist laws and practices; abrasive mechanisms, which aggressively hinder the black presence in the spaces of power.
Each landscape here, in this series, is a denunciation, created from the reuse of sandpaper, previously used by poor construction workers, mostly of them are black people. These landscapes portray marks of everyday violence, physical and mental, suffered for centuries by this portion of the population.
